Community Gardening at the Crook
Sunday 23rd July, 10.30 am – 3.00 pm The rain’s been raining and the sun’s been shining (occasionally!) The Crook community garden has been growing in all directions… If you can spare some time to pop in and help on Sunday that would be great. Any time between 10.30 and 3 o’clock – just stay for as long as you like. There are all sorts of jobs to do apart from the perennial weeding – edging paths, putting up bird and bat boxes, putting up the polytunnel, mulching fruit trees, putting up fencing to protect flower beds… There will be a free hot drink and cake at the Wee Crook for all volunteers. Hope to see you on Sunday! |
