The Limetree at the Wee Crook
Saturday 17th June – We’re delighted to welcome The Limetree Chef back to cook for us at the Wee Crook.
Three course set menu, £35 a head:
Sicilian aubergine caponata, toasted focaccia, Dumfriesshire mozzarella with pesto oil
Roast supreme of guineafowl, new potatoes, smoked bacon crumb, braised fennel, charred courgette with tarragon mustard cream sauce
Asparagus and ewe’s cheese galette, braised fennel, charred courgette, watercress and purée new potatoes
Lemon curd raspberry ripple iced parfait, almond shortbread and vanilla sauce
